So this is the provisional house plan ... we just made a couple changes to it, nothing too major [changed the bedroom to a pocket door like the en suite bath door] and moved the ramp to the back deck instead of the front door.

The utilities are under the house, it is going to be 4 feet instead of a more usual 24 to 36 inches so we have space for a battery bank when we add solar panels. Since the crap with the town delayed construction, we probably won't be in until August. *sigh*
